Excellent Blender

I purchased this blender March 1, 2023 so it’s still new and under warranty. I previously owned a Vitamix 5600. I decided to give this one a try because it was the same shape container as my previous blender. I must say I’m impressed so far. It handles my smoothies like a champ and my rice flour is fluffy. I’m totally impressed with the way it handled my rice though. I didn’t even turn it to the maximum setting. I placed the whole grain rice in the freezer for an hour then into the blender for 2.5 minutes. I wanted to cool the rice prior because this workhorse will warm the contents. The rice became flour in no time and fully sifted through my sieve without any trace of actual grains. So far I’m pleased and impressed and will give 5 stars. I’ll update this review during warranty period for updates. Btw it’s tall due to the container but the same size as my former blender. If you have low cabinets you’ll have to store container in cupboard and leave base on countertop.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I purchased this blender a few months back that started failing on me and ultimately stopped working. I was bummed, this is a great blender when it’s working well. I expressed my concerns to the team and they were incredible. Len & his team responded immediately and made my problem theirs. After I proved to them that my blender stopped working, they provided me with a new blender as replacement!And we’re so nice during the whole process! 10/10 would recommend just so you can experience quality customer service lol

Excellent Blender

I’ve had this blender about two weeks and it handles everything I throw in it with a breeze. My favorite items creating rice flour and wonderful iced drinks. It’s still fairly new but so far it is definitely worth it. So glad I ran across this blender before purchasing another Vmix.
